What is the Gameplay of Aliens Fireteam Elite?
Aliens: Fireteam Elite is set 23 years following the events of the original Aliens trilogy and will feature four distinctively different campaigns that will expand on the story of the Alien universe. While the game takes a lot of inspiration from the survival horror series, it does put you in the shoes of a Colonial Marine. So don’t expect to just hide and scurry away when an Alien comes right at you. You’re expected to hit back and hit back hard. As you take control of your own Colonial Marine, you’ll be able to customize your playable character. This means choosing its weapon, gear, and perks, as well as class, of which there are five of for you to choose from in the game. Players must take their time choosing a class and make sure that they have the right three-man team composition to make it through each campaign alive and well. Throughout the four campaigns in Aliens: Fireteam Elite, players can expect to encounter over 20 types of enemies and 11 Xenomorphs. Cold Iron Studios made sure to design each enemy type to possess its own unique trait and intelligence. This means that you and your squad will have to be on your toes all the time in order to survive.
